A 75 year old male, Farmer by occupation (stopped working 5 years ago) from Nalgonda was brought to casualty by his son in an unresponsive state and altered sensorium since 3 days. A 63 year old male came to the casuality with the chief complaints of pedal edema since 4 days and facial puffiness since 2 days.
